Salar De Uyuni, Bolivia

Hope you have a beautiful Sunday, friends!

Once again, we’re one weekend closer to Christmas. Yay! I haven’t finished my all gifts yet, but I’m still working on it by the way. Have you already finished your shopping or diy making gifts?

But back to why are you reading this post now. Today I’ve prepared for you little trip to Bolivia, literally to the biggest mirror on the world.

Salar De Uyuni is the largest salt flat and it’s located in the southwest Bolivia. And its area is about 10,000 square kilometers (that’s as big as Lebanon’s area is). But enough infortmation, let’s take a look at this beauty.

A lot of photos are taking from this place. It is really breathtaking, isn’t it?

You can find here quite strange kinds of cactus.

The flat is also the biggest source of salt. There are about 10 billion tons of salt.

And now my favourites.

Hope you enjoy it! It’s really stunning place! Let me know if you like it too.

I was just there a few weeks ago, it’s amazing! The photos from the rainy season are definitely better though because without the water there is no mirror effect whatsoever. Still a great place to go to though 🙂

  2. Most definitely one of my favorite corners of the planet. 🙂 Hope to return one day.
