Sometimes you need to disconect and enjoy your own company.
I love Sundays (or at least they don’t bother me) but I used to hate them as the other half of the world. I’ve always cursed every Saturday because that meant that there is a new Sunday just around the corner that meant I was stressed the whole weekend.
But then I realised it depends on my point of view
If you want to see Sunday as the worst day of the whole week, then most likely it will (and that goes for everything else).
I know that Sunday is quite depressive for somebody and it sucked but we can’t change it – Sunday will come anyway. However, what about to give it a try and transform Sunday into a less stressful day?

So, if you decided to give it a chance, you can start with these few Sunday’s tips that also may boost your whole week.
1| Prepare your agenda
To be honest, I didn’t believe in this organisation thing or creating to-do lists – that was not for me. But when you find out that organisation isn’t such a bulsh*t and to-do lists can save your ass, you realise that it’s not so bad actually.
Organization is the key. So, I always make sure that I prepare my to-do list and mark all important dates and events.
2| Do your homework
It doesn’t matter if you’re a student or not, we all have a kind of homework to do. There is nothing better than knowing that you have everything done and start a new week with a clean slate.
If I can give you a small advice, start with the hardest homework and then continue with the easiest one. And don’t forget on small breaks.
3| Go for the fresh air
At this moment, I forget about everything that is connected with the school, job or blogging and I go for the fresh air because I have so many things in my head that need to go away. So a little walk comes in handy.
Another way, how to use Sunday in your advance, is to use it as a day of self-reflection. What does it mean? Well, what about focusing on your achievements or setting new goals for a week, the year or maybe the whole life (hmm, that sounds quite scary, doesn’t it?)?
In my bullet journal (I will write about this later), I have a page where I have a column for my monthly achievements, and here I write everything that I consider as something that changed my life or helped me improve my living or just something that I really admire on myself this month.
But you can do it in your way. It’s up to you but don’t forget to reward yourself.
5| Chill out – movie, candle or a bath
It’s the end of the day and you’ve done so much work. So, why don’t you make yourself comfortable and watch a movie or listen to music while having a relaxing bath – you survive next Sunday and you deserve it!
It will definitely boost your week.
