Life is a boomerang: what you give you get. – Anonymous
Karma can be a pretty bit*h.
We all know that because we’ve all been there.
I don’t know what about you but I kinda have to agree with what they say: God’s mill grinds slow, but sure. Although, I am not so sure if it’s always true. From time to time it happens that life can be quite unfair to the wrong people. You know, as if it gives them some sort of lesson – to all of us.
But I don’t want to be a philosopher. Not today. In fact, I would like to share with you a few things or lessons (whatever0), that won’t guarantee happy life forever, but at least make it a little bit better. Plus, they will definitely boost your karma.
So, you can…
…say “thank you”
Because this word has the power to make you smile, cry (with happiness), forgive, forget or love. Never underestimate the magic of this word.
…shut your mouth when somebody speaks
What about being a listener for once? You know, let the other speak? Because maybe they have a lot to share too. And also because you can’t be always the only one who speaks and who knows everything and been everywhere. Don’t be afraid to be quiet for a while – you’ll like it.
…appreciate people around you
A few weeks ago, I was with my boyfriend in the hospital (just a usual checkup) and I saw other patients with they families (mum, dad or wife/husband). And they all looked after each other and supported each other. It was nice to see how love/friendship can be strong.
And so, don’t forget to appreciate people around you. It can be just by saying them you love them or give them a kiss.
If you think you can live a good life just because of meditation or yoga, you are wrong (sorry).
How would you want to live a good life when you can’t take care of the place around you (yeah, I am mean the nature)? Besides, recycling isn’t hard and you can start everywhere – in your house, school, or at the work.
…be a little selfish
Whether you’re five, twenty or fifty, you have the right to be selfish and put yourself first. There is nothing wrong about taking a bubble bath on Wednesday without a reason to celebrate anything.
Don’t forget to reward yourself.
and enjoy every moment.
how do you live your life without messing up your karma?
