What about making Wednesday a half Sunday? Doesn’t sound good? Yeah, I think it does.
If there is one thing I learned at the university, it’s that you have to treat yourself good no matter what day or time is. Why should I wait until Sunday to finally calm down and take “me day”? Why?
So, from today, I would like to dedicate Wednesdays to wellness, self-care and self-love. Who is with me? Every Wednesday, I am going to share a few things that I (and you too) can do to make me feel better.

So, let’s get into it.
1. use essential oils
Oils are a nice way how to relax or relief stress. And let’s face it, Wednesday can be quite stressful and a very looong day.
There are a lot of ways how to use essential oils. I personally prefer to add a few drops of eucalyptus into the reed diffuser (I made one as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend). Eucalyptus comes in handy when you feel exhausted or when you have the flu or a runny nose.
My other favourite oils are lavender, jasmine or rose (everything floral). What is your favourite essential oil?
2. prepare for spring
I am so so glad that spring is here! It’s a one of the most beautiful time of the year (but winter too). So, why don’t dedicate one day to a preparation for spring? Clean that drawers, add more flowers and let some fresh air to flow in your room.
I’ll probably fix my messed up workspace because clean space equals more productive me.
3. drink a favourite tea
Nothing will improve my mood more than a BIG tasty cup of tea. Especially when we are only in the middle of the week.
I’m totally addicted to black and green tea. But I don’t refuse to try any other types – oolong or sencha tea. What is your favourite one? Any recommendations?
So, take your biggest cup, make some tea and let yourself just relax…why? Because it’s Wednesday and we need to survive until a weekend.
